This is an aftermarket domed vinyl decal designed to replicate the appearance and size of the original emblem.
Malibu boat decals for this era were made in various sizes and color options. Most commonly, the colors were Black with a Chrome shadow outline. The measurements we provide are for the overall height and width. This measures the tallest letters (l,i,b) straight up and down and the entire width of the logo starting at the left stem of the m to the far right reach of the u, straight across.

This product starts as a vinyl decal in the color of your choice and we add a clear resin over the surface. The resin cures into a rubbery coating which makes the decal raised. The surface is smooth, glossy and domed in shape like a lens. Please contact customer service if you have any questions
