This is a solid square frame that the state sticker gets placed on to. The frame is 4" x 4" and the inside square is 3.125" to fit a 3" x 3" sticker.
NOT ALL STATES ARE THIS SIZE - please measure your sticker before ordering. We can make it in exact dimensions if needed. If no exact dimensions are specified, we will use the 4x4 frame size.
